Smartphone users cannot access the SD or MicroSD card because the USB debugging option is disable in a factory settings mode. I, my self also encounter this problem and I consumed almost 15 minutes to explore on how to fix it. After reading many forums in the internet, I found a solution.

  1. Go to your Settings option > scroll down > tap the “About Phone”
  2. In the about phone option > scroll down > tap the “Build number” 7 times until the developer option enable.
  3. Go back to Settings Option > scroll down > and the developer option is added > tap the developer option
  4. Find the USB Debugging > tap to enable (remember that when enable, the check is present)
